This is a flash game by JKAmovies (I estimate it was made around the late 2000s/early 2010s) where you play as Mario and use your mouse to draw platforms and avoid obstacles along the way. I remember playing this game when I was little on a flash website, tho there seems to be little to no information or archive about it, and I'm going to guess it was taken down from Newgrounds.
